We usually ship orders out within 2-5 business days.  We use recycled packaging when possible.  We make every effort to ensure that your new ceramic piece arrives with you safe and sound. 

 

Damaged items must be returned to us in full (the majority of the broken pieces) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer returns for any reason unless they are damaged during shipping.
