We usually ship orders out within 2-5 business days.  We use recycled packaging when possible.  We make every effort to ensure that your new ceramic pieces arrive with you safe and sound.

Because of the fragile nature of ceramics, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one box. Our most unique items are often one-of-a-kind! These items may arrive alone in their own custom-packed box. If it breaks, it may never exist again! That is the last thing we want to see happen. Treated with loving care, our ceramic pieces can last for centuries!

Damaged items must be returned to us in full (the majority of the broken pieces) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer returns for any reason unless they are damaged during shipping.
